There are many locations to stay near the venue. Lots of Air B&B and hotels. Feel free to choose wherever you like to stay. However, we have a room block at the Forest Golf Course Hotel as it's the closest hotel to the venue. If you wish to stay here the phone # is 1-800-265-0214. The room block is under Jamieson/ Rivett. There is transportation back to this hotel for our guests, after the wedding. 9:00 pm-1:00 am.

Yes, there is transportation arranged from Crescent Hills, back to the hotel. Busses will be running from 9pm- 1am. You can drive to the venue and park, or take a cab there. If you wish to drive. Please follow signs to park behind the barn. Please ensure your vehicle is off-site by 9:00 am the following morning or vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

No, we are doing a Buffet style Dinner. This will include two mains. If you have any restrictions/ allergies please let us know on your RSVP.

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors (weather permitting). Please plan accordingly with footwear. The dinner and reception will be indoors.

We are not registered anywhere for wedding gifts. Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you wish to give something, we kindly ask for a monetary gift to help us start our new life together.

Unfortunately we are not providing an open bar. It is a cash bar. However, one of the many reasons we chose this venue is they have reasonable priced drinks for our guests. The drink prices range from $4-6.

Although we love all our friends and families children, we can't accommodate everyone. We decided to keep children to only immediate family.
